JOB DESCRIPTION
Become a part of our strong TRATON Group HR Talent Management Team by joining us earliest from January 2027.
- You will support activities and projects within Leadership Development, Learning and Development, Culture, and Talent Management
- You will take own responsibility for drafting new concepts and carrying out sub-projects (as needed by the team), including conceptualizing the idea, involving key stakeholders, preparing the roll-out and communication
- You will collect information, prepare and present presentations for meetings, events and internal communications
YOUR SKILLS
- You are currently a university student in a relevant field with first experiences and knowledge about HR and Talent Management
- You are a positive team player with good communication skills, interested in collaborating with colleagues from different brands and nationalities
- You have good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- You have good analytical skills
- You are fluent in English; German skills are a plus
