JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support operational workflows for managing CPOs in the eMSP network, including tariff configuration, validation, and ensuring data consistency across pricing structures
- Document processes, identify efficiency improvements, and perform data validation and quality checks across multiple datasets
- Research truck‑compatible charging locations and maintain a structured, up‑to‑date location database
- Analyze customer support requests and create pre‑analysis reports to accelerate issue resolution
- Automate manual workflows using scripts or tools to streamline operations
YOUR SKILLS
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field in or around Munich
- You enjoy working with data, systems, and operational processes
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented and structured working style
- You have experience with analytic tools like Excel, Quicksuite, Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar
- You have good English communication skills - German is a plus
