JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage communication technology projects, including cross-functional stakeholder coordination
- Monitor and evaluate trends and technological developments in Corporate Communications and assess their relevance for different target groups
- Define, track and optimize performance metrics and analytics to drive the continuous improvement of digital communication channels
- Own, develop and govern TRATON’s UX/UI toolkit in close alignment with Brand Management and IT
- Identify, design and implement AI-powered functionalities and solutions to enhance communication processes and user experiences
YOUR SKILLS
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications or a comparable role within an international organization
- Strong expertise in communication technologies, digital platforms, IT tools and Content Management Systems, with the ability to translate communication requirements into effective digital solutions
- Proven experience in project management, cross-functional stakeholder management and budget steering
- Collaborative, proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong focus on continuous improvement in a dynamic and transforming environment
- Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
