As Expert HR Strategy & Projects you drive strategic HR development, shape our groupwide People & Culture program, and support the execution of TRATON’s HR and TRATON Way Forward strategy across all brands. You play a central role in strengthening TRATON’s strategic HR capabilities by driving transformation programs, building Group-wide HR standards, and supporting key governance forums - acting as a connector who builds bridges across brands and functions to ensure coherence, impact, and smooth execution of HR strategy initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive the development and evolution of TRATON’s People & Culture strategic program GROWING TOGETHER, ensuring alignment with the TRATON Way Forward and overarching business priorities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives, team development, and transformation projects (e. g. M&A projects)
- Support strategic planning through trend analysis, scenario planning, and long-term capability assessment
- Strengthen cross-brand collaboration by ensuring alignment, facilitating key HR exchange formats, and enabling coherent Group-wide HR governance
- Conduct data-driven analyses (HR data, organizational structures, KPIs) and translate insights into actionable proposals while preparing management-ready presentations and decision papers
- Support TRATON-wide harmonization initiatives and key transformation rollouts, including change management, communication, job architecture, and leadership development programs
YOUR SKILLS
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, (Business) Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Your minimum 7 years of deep experience reflect core HR processes and strategic HR roles, including Org Development and HR Strategy, in international and cross‑functional contexts
- You have strong conceptual and analytical capabilities with the ability to structure complex topics
- You have proven international, cross‑functional project management experience, ideally including M&A – combined with holistic strategic thinking across HR, business, and brand perspectives
- Your profile comprises excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and presentation skills; You are able to translate complexity for different stakeholders
- You are an open‑minded, self‑driven, and resilient team player who builds alignment and motivates diverse stakeholder groups
- You have experience in matrix and cross‑brand setups; Your existing TRATON or Volkswagen Group network is a plus
- You show excellent English skills; German, Swedish, and/or Portuguese are a plus
