JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide expert legal advice to business units on co-determination matters on group level
  • Ensure compliance with participation rights and support smooth alignment with international employee representation bodies (e.g. TRATON European Works Councils, Joint Works Council TRATON R&D)
  • Independently support the execution of global projects, ensuring that all relevant co-determination requirements are met and that collaboration with works councils or unions is handled effectively
  • Guide managers and stakeholders on collective labor law topics in cross-brand/cross-country collaboration matters
  • Act as a trusted partner for regulatory and co-determination topics, helping to navigate complex legal frameworks and ensure that employee participation rights are respected throughout all project phases

YOUR SKILLS

  • Completed university degree in Law or Business Law with a focus on (collective) labor law
  • Relevant experience in (international) collaboration with employee representation bodies
  • Target group specific communication skills and ability to properly interact ad hoc with stakeholders
  • Intercultural competence to collaborate with all the TRATON GROUP brands in Sweden/Germany/Brazil/US
  • German on a native level and very good English skills, both spoken and written
