JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide expert legal advice to business units on co-determination matters on group level
- Ensure compliance with participation rights and support smooth alignment with international employee representation bodies (e.g. TRATON European Works Councils, Joint Works Council TRATON R&D)
- Independently support the execution of global projects, ensuring that all relevant co-determination requirements are met and that collaboration with works councils or unions is handled effectively
- Guide managers and stakeholders on collective labor law topics in cross-brand/cross-country collaboration matters
- Act as a trusted partner for regulatory and co-determination topics, helping to navigate complex legal frameworks and ensure that employee participation rights are respected throughout all project phases
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed university degree in Law or Business Law with a focus on (collective) labor law
- Relevant experience in (international) collaboration with employee representation bodies
- Target group specific communication skills and ability to properly interact ad hoc with stakeholders
- Intercultural competence to collaborate with all the TRATON GROUP brands in Sweden/Germany/Brazil/US
- German on a native level and very good English skills, both spoken and written
