THE TRAINEE PROGRAM
/ Duration of 15 months incl. several job rotations within TRATON GROUP and its brands (at least one rotation abroad)
/ Common Onboarding week in Munich and virtual graduation with all Trainees from the TRATON GROUP brands
/ A mentor from the team and your trainee HR program manager will support you during your whole program
JOB DESCRIPTION
Become a part of our strong Strategy & Business Opportunities team by joining the TRATON Global Trainee Program from September 1st, 2024, with an unlimited contract. During the 15 months program you will contribute to the strategic transformation and operational excellence of TRATON GROUP.
/ Be part of our dynamic and experienced strategy team and support us in further developing and implementing TRATON’s GROUP strategy. With us, your work will always be rooted in a larger context
/ Become an active part of strategic projects (e.g. electrification, AI and new business models) and engage with cross-brand, cross-functional teams
/ Independently prepare presentations and sub-loops for discussions within TRATON GROUP or with the brands (from manager to board level)
/ Develop own ideas and strategic initiatives across TRATON’s strategic pillars
/ Contribute to improve existing methods and processes in our area
YOUR SKILLS
/ Successfully completed master’s degree with excellent academic performance, international experience, and interest in the area of Strategy
/ You are highly engaged and committed, self-driven, open-minded, reliable and flexible; you are motivated by the idea to contribute to TRATON’s journey
/ You have international experience and willingness to travel & live abroad
/ Excellent English skills (spoken and written), German is an advantage
/ You share TRATON’s values, and you are a team player with strong communication and intercultural collaboration skills
