JOB DESCRIPTION

Become a part of our Group Labour Relations team by joining the TRATON Global Trainee Program from September 1st, 2026. During the 15 months program you will contribute to strategic transformation and operational excellence of TRATON GROUP and our Labour Relations organization.

 

THE TRAINEE PROGRAM 

  • Duration of 15 months including several job rotations within TRATON GROUP and its brands (at least one rotation abroad)
  • Common Onboarding week in Sweden and virtual graduation with all Trainees from the TRATON GROUP brands
  • A mentor from the team and your trainee HR program manager will support you during your whole program 

 

YOUR ROLE

  • Become a integral member of the Labour Relations team and foster our mission
  • Support the alignment of group agreements with Group Works Council
  • Contribute to international and cross-brand collective bargaining and co-determination topics
  • Develop and transform strategic future labour relations requirements 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Successfully completed German law state exams, master’s degree  in legal or business administration or equivalent with excellent academic performance
  • First experience in labour relations, HR and co-determination is an advantage
  • You are highly engaged and committed, self-driven, open-minded, reliable and flexible; you are motivated by the idea to contribute to TRATON’s labour relations strategy
  • You share TRATON’s values and you are a team player with strong communication and intercultural collaboration skills 
  • You have international experience and willingness to travel & live abroad
  • Excellent English and German skills (spoken and written) are mandatory
