ABOUT THE TRAINEE PROGRAM
/ Duration of 15 months incl. several job rotations within the TRATON Holding but also to other brands of the TRATON GROUP (at least one rotation abroad)
/ Common Onboarding week in Munich and virtual graduation with all Trainees from the TRATON GROUP brands
/ A mentor from the team and a responsible from the HR-Team will support you during your whole program
JOB DESCRIPTION
Become a part of our strong Group Treasury team by joining the TRATON Global Trainee Program from September 1st, 2024, with an unlimited contract. During the 15 months program you will contribute to the strategic transformation and operational excellence of TRATON GROUP.
/ Fostering the creation of an international Group Treasury department
/ Driving cross brand collaboration in all Treasury aspects forward
/ Supporting actively the digital transformation of processes within Treasury
/ Conducting alignments among corporate functions (e.g. Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations)
/ Continuously improving existing methods, processes, and standards for the TRATON GROUP
YOUR SKILLS
/ Successfully completed master’s degree with excellent academic performance; experience in Treasury, Controlling, or Accounting is an advantage
/ You have international experience and willingness to travel & live abroad
/ Excellent English and German skills (spoken and written)
/ You share TRATON’s values, and you are a team player with strong communication and intercultural collaboration skills and an open, highly engaged personality
