MAN Financial Services (MFS), part of TRATON Financial Services (TFS), is a global provider of financial solutions within the commercial vehicle industry. We offer tailored financing, leasing, rental and insurance solutions designed to simplify our customers' business and enable sustainable transport.
Become a part of our MAN Financial Services team and take a leading role in steering the financial performance of an international Financial Services organization. As Head of Business Control, you will report directly to the Head of MFS, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Global Head of Business Control at TFS. You will combine strategic financial leadership with a strong business perspective and act as a trusted financial partner to MFS and TRATON Financial Services management.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and maintain a strong partnership with MAN Truck & Bus and key stakeholders across TFS
- Shape and execute the MFS finance strategy in alignment with TFS
- Lead annual and long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
- Actively contribute to the development and application of the TFS global Financial and Risk Steering Model, including KPIs, management reporting and common processes across TFS
- Act as a trusted financial partner to MFS and TFS providing insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Lead and develop a high-performing team while supporting portfolio development, geographical expansion and future growth opportunities
- Prepare for and actively participate in MFS Brand Board meetings, and represent MFS in relevant TFS finance committees and management forums, contributing to key financial topics across the Group
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field, combined with 10 - 15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within Financial Services
- Strong expertise in Business Controlling, financial planning, performance management, reporting and financial steering
- Proven leadership experience and the ability to lead and develop people in an international and matrix organization
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial insights into strategic and operational decisions
- Extensive stakeholder-management experience and confidence working with senior leaders across functions, countries and organizational levels
- Experience navigating dynamic environments and supporting transformation and growth initiatives; experience in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry is an advantage
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an asset
