ABOUT THE JOB
TRATON Charging Solutions is on a mission to accelerate the electrification of commercial transport across Europe. As we continue to expand our charging network and strengthen our market position, we are now looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead our strategic partnership agenda and guide our team of Partnership Managers across Europe.
This is a senior leadership role for an experienced professional with a strong track record in strategic partnerships, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder management. As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for shaping TRATON Charging Solutions' charging network strategy, driving key commercial relationships, and ensuring that our customers benefit from broad coverage, competitive pricing, and reliable charging services. As a member of the TRATON Charging Solutions' Management Team, you will play a central role in defining the company’s future direction and supporting the continued growth of commercial vehicle electrification across Europe.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and develop the Partnership Management team located in Munich and Stockholm
- Define and drive the strategic direction for charging network coverage, partnerships, and electricity cost competitiveness
- Own the overall responsibility for partner management activities and commercial relationships with Charge Point Operators (CPOs)
- Develop and steer the strategy for roaming partnerships and direct OCPI integrations
- Manage and coordinate processes related to potential volume commitments with strategic partners
- Oversee legal matters related to partnerships in close collaboration with legal counsel
- Manage and monitor the contract renewal and renegotiation calendar
- Serve as the main point of contact towards TRATON GROUP brands and eMSP services regarding charging network coverage, partnerships, and pricing strategy
YOUR SKILLS
- Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing specialist teams
- Extensive experience in partnership management, business development, procurement, or a related commercial function
- Strong track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term objectives and operational execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment
- Experience working across multiple functions and managing senior-level stakeholders
- Experience within the eMobility ecosystem, charging infrastructure, or energy sector is highly desirable
- Fluency in English; German language skills are considered an advantage
