Become a part of our TRATON HR Company Services Team by joining us earliest from August 2025.
JOB DESCRIPTION
/ You will maintain our employee communication incl. intranet, news articles and information for our employee Company Services
/ You will support the implementation of a sustainable mobility concept including employee commuting and company cars for our workforce
/ You will support for business travel processes including employee support during travel booking and expense claim process and global travel policy updates
/ You will contribute to the development & implementation of activities to support employee retention & wellbeing, e.g. mental and physical health, work-life balance etc.
/ You will assist at the InfoPoint welcoming and supporting of employees, customers, visitors and service providers and provide support overall in HR Business related topics, e.g. Employer Branding, Employee Engagement, Facility Management & HR Administration
YOUR SKILLS
/ You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in the fields of Business and Economics, HR Management, Marketing, Tourism Management or similar
/ You are a team player with high communication skills
/ You have advanced MS office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
/ You are fluent in German and have very good English language skills
