JOB DESCRIPTION
Via a strong and close collaboration with our Group R&D headquarters in Södertälje, Sweden, you contribute to our mission with the following tasks:
/ You build a legal team supporting TRATON’s global R&D organization based on close cooperation with our teams in Germany, Sweden, US and Brazil
/ You provide proactive legal support in a holistic manner regarding a variety of local and global activities of TRATON Group R&D
/ You advise and/or coordinate the advice on Group R&D matters such as product compliance and safety as well as corporate and commercial law, with the support of TRATON’s global Legal team
/ You are part of the TRATON Group Industrial Functions to design and implement legal solutions for R&D, also considering other functions such as procurement and production
YOUR SKILLS
/ Law degree with above average results and a bar admission, preferably in Sweden or Germany
/ Proven track record of a minimum of eight years in an international law firm or company, preferably advising automotives
/ Broad legal experience, ideally with in-depth expertise in regulatory and R&D related topics
/ Fluent in English is a must, German and Swedish is a plus
/ Decisive personality with entrepreneurial spirit, eager to contribute to the formation of a new organization
/ A team player with a structured working style, excellent negotiating skills and high implementation speed
