JOB DESCRIPTION
As Senior Specialist Business Intelligence, you will be an integral part of our Finance team and help to set up the TRATON GROUP Integrated Consolidation System (ICONS). You will actively collaborate with our brands to streamline and enhance our consolidation, reporting and analytics processes.
/ You will shape the digitalization of Finance by developing and implementing strategies for the use of new technologies with a focus on Business Intelligence
/ You will drive the introduction of consolidation, reporting and analytics solutions by considering new opportunities
/ Project work in the TRATON Group for the implementation of the new consolidation and reporting system ICONS will be one of your main tasks
/ You will continuously develop finance reporting and optimize it through further automation and simplification
/ You will analyze and understand business processes with regard to optimal reporting and cross-functional planning concepts
/ You will lead corresponding (sub-) projects and:
- Clarify content requirements with the requesting department and create technical concepts
- Coordinate required IT implementations in the SAP BW backend and in the Datasphere, and actively participate in the necessary tests
- Execute or oversee the implementation of front-end requirements using SAP BW Queries and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Organize and conduct user trainings
YOUR SKILLS
/ Completed university degree in business administration, business informatics or related fields of study
/ At least 5 years of professional experience in the implementation of reporting and analytics projects
/ Very good knowledge of SAP BW frontend as well as practical experience with SAP BCS and Analytics Cloud
/ Good understanding of internal and external reporting as well as financial closing and planning processes
/ Knowledge of SAP BW backend, Datasphere as well as ECC 6.0 FICO / HANA and FIORI is an advantage
/ Fluency in German and very good written and spoken English skills
/ Very good analytical thinking skills and the ability to work on complex tasks
/ Independent, structured and goal-oriented approach
/ Good communication skills, persuasiveness and ability to work in a team
