ABOUT THE JOB
The TRATON SE Corporate Security aims to connect the various brand security departments. We focus on creating a common understanding for an appropriate level of security within the TRATON Group to protect the company’s assets, employees, reputation, and values. Be part of our highly motivated team that is responsible for executive protection, crisis management, physical security, threat assessments, travel security and event security.
To mitigate security risks, Corporate Security establishes a security framework by creating policies and implementing processes within its area of responsibility. In addition to that, the department follows up whether these rules and regulations are being observed.
Within the team you are responsible for various aspects of physical security as well as security software and systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION
/ Development and coordination of policies, security standards and concepts for the protection of properties and work areas as well as employees and processes of the TRATON Group
/ Group-wide support of properties and processes regarding existing guidelines and standards of physical security
/ Support and further development of group-wide security systems (e.g. Incident Management System, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems), among other things in the function of project manager or application manager for IT system systems within TRATON Corporate Security
/ Project planning, procurement, implementation of software and security systems as well as maintenance of operations in coordination with the IT organization and other internal committees as well as external service providers
/ Market analysis in the field of security management software and technical security systems
/ Advising TRATON Brands and surveying the company's needs regarding common security management software, technical security systems and standards
/ As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will also be involved in projects and topics in the field of physical security, event security, etc.
YOUR SKILLS
/ Completed studies (at least Bachelor's degree) in security management, industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable study courses
/ Several years of professional experience in the field of corporate security or comparable professional experience
/ Experience in project management
/ Knowledge of the market environment (security technology and security management software)
/ Independent and structured way of working
/ Business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
