ABOUT THE JOB

TRATON is looking for an experienced Digitalization Expert with passion for digitalization of HR Processes and HR Products to improve our HR Digital Eco Framework.
With your profound knowledge in Human Resources and Digitalization, you will improve our existing Digital Eco System and implement additional modules/functionalities in our IT landscape together with HR, our IT department and external consultants. You will manage and improve the digital experience of our TRATON employees and managers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

/ HR DIGITALIZATION STRATEGY
Developing and managing the governance of the Digital HR Eco System. Further development of the Digitalization Strategy, policies, and processes. Creating a structured process of Demand & Release Management for the TRATON Holding entities with the involvement of the Process Owner & Process Delegates

/ PORTFOLIO & ROADMAP 
Setup of the Implementation portfolio and generation of the roadmap in alignment with the internal & external stakeholder.

/ BUSINESS OPERATION
Secure der operational availability of our digital Eco System together with the counter partners. Manage the implementation projects for new functionalities, adapt existing functionalities in existing systems and implement software releases. Take over the KeyUser role for the SuccessFactors modules and tools of the HR Digital Eco System. Manage the system improvements with the Process Owner & Process Delegates. 

YOUR SKILLS

/ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management Informatics or other relevant field.
/ Minimum 10 years of experience in the SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
/ Open-minded, self-driven and innovative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a great interest in IT implementation projects. Experience in collaborating within an international and Group wide environment.
/ Proficiency in international/cross-functional project management, moderation of workshops (face to face and online), organization (planning, problem solving, implementation), conceptualization of new ideas and using digital tools (Office 365, Teams, etc.)
/ Resilient and able to drive projects by motivating and steering relevant stakeholders.
/ Existing network within the TRATON GROUP brands and Volkswagen Group as well as experience in working in a matrix structure and cross-brand environment is a plus.
/ Open to international business trips to the locations of TRATON GROUP
/ Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written), Swedish and/or Portuguese is a plus but not a must.
