JOB DESCRIPTION
/ Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements of TRATON GROUP with almost 350 consolidated entities
/ Collaborate with our brands Scania, MAN, Navistar and Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and our Financial Services organization as well as our parent company Volkswagen AG, in all group accounting and consolidation matters
/ Act as group-wide topic matter expert for IAS 12, and support the entities for all questions related to deferred taxes
/ Prepare the Quarterly and Annual Reports for TRATON GROUP and collaborate closely with our colleagues from Accounting Standards, Controlling, Treasury, Investor Relations, among others
/ Participate in group wide accounting projects, e.g. enhancing our global tax system
YOUR SKILLS
/ Successful university degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration (focus on international accounting/group accounting)
/ Professional experience in audit or tax advisor company desirable
/ Minimum of 5 years of experience in preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements required
/ Excellent knowledge of consolidation systems
/ Ability to collaborate in a team environment with competing priorities and with a high impact at all levels within the company
/ Strong analytical and conceptual skills with an ability to turn data into actionable insights
/ Flexibility and a passion for working in a fast-changing environment
/ Proactive mindset with a passion to build from scratch and drive continuous improvement
/ Very good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written
