JOB DESCRIPTION
/ You lead HR projects that aim for a modern and sustainable work environment, like developing a shared office concept, introduction of a service app or running employee events
/ You take responsibility as deputy for the Head of HR Company Services and have a talent of keeping an overview of everything that is going on in the department
/ You optimize and digitalize our HR Company Services, e.g. guest management and onboarding to improve the employee experience as well as the internal process efficiency
/ You promote our services in the area of Food, Health, Fitness & Life to make sure every TRATONian is aware of the wide benefits we offer as an employer
/ You are well connected to employees, managers, HR colleagues in Munich and Sweden as well as the works council to know how we can further develop our offering
YOUR SKILLS
/ Master’s degree (or equivalent) in social or business studies
/ Minimum of 5 years working experience in steering strategic HR projects (e.g. HR process optimization or automatization) from planning to implementation
/ Fun to collaborate in an interdisciplinary and intercultural network and to promote the HR Services together with the colleagues from HR Marketing & Communication
/ Proactive, hands-on and service mindset with a passion to drive continuous improvement
/ A good sense for culture and atmosphere as well as a strong team spirit are part of your personality
/ Expert in Microsoft Office
/ Very good spoken and written language skills in German and English is a must (business fluent)
