ABOU THE JOB
As a Senior Specialist IT-Controlling, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial transparency and effective financial management of TRATON Holding IT. You will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial governance activities while working closely with IT, Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, and external partners.
This position combines financial expertise, analytical thinking, and process improvement capabilities, contributing to the continuous optimization of finance-related processes and SAP-based solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the annual budget planning and forecasting process for TRATON Holding IT
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial and operational reports
- Ensure high-quality financial master data and reporting accuracy
- Prepare financial reports and management presentations for decision-making
- Support the continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA finance processes
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, and/or IT with focus on Controlling
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and technical stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes
