JOB DESCRIPTION
• Manage German pension assets, including investment strategy, manager oversight, and performance control.
• Execute investment transactions and prepare required accounting and tax data.
• Oversee governance and administration for MAN Pension Trust, pension vehicles, and the lifecycle pension plan.
• Ensure insolvency protection for German partial‑retirement arrangements.
• Act as Center of Competence for funded pension plans, incl. group reporting, IAS19 supervision, and PMO activities.
• Support the MAN UK Group Pension Scheme on strategic and operational topics.
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
- Several years of relevant professional experience (ideally 5+ years) in asset management and/or funded pension administration.
- Strong expertise in investment strategies, liquid and illiquid asset classes, and fund administration.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
- High sense of accountability, quality orientation, and collaborative, proactive working style.
