JOB DESCRIPTION

TRATON SE is looking for an experienced Senior Specialist Talent Management with passion for personal development, learning and talent selection to join our international TRATON Talent Management Team.
With your profound knowledge in Talent Management, you will support in TALENT & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT. You will establish, manage and improve our global PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT PORTFOLIO and ensure that our TRATON employees and managers have access to the required learning measures to develop core competencies that are needed to successfully contribute on our company strategy.

 

/ Responsible for establishing and developing the Group HR portfolio in the area of Leadership Development based on the cultural foundation of the TRATON GROUP. 
/ Setting Up Leadership & Management Development policies, standards, career paths, tools matching the global Talent Management approach. 
/ Creating structured processes to implement and conduct training and development measures
/ Responsible for budget planning, vendor communication, roll-out planning and coordination with the different internal customers, brands and stakeholders. 
/ Close cooperation and coordination with the respective brand managers and stakeholders as well as with HR Business Partners
/ Actively support the Team in implementing Talent Management tools such as talent panels, succession planning and diagnostic instruments. 
/ Provide guidance and expertise on talent strategy and contribute to the further development of the future TRATON GROUP Talent Development Programs concept. 
 

YOUR SKILLS

/ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Business) Psychology, (Business) Education, Personnel Management/ Development, Economics or other relevant field.
/ Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management / People Development
/ Knowledge in the field of potential diagnostics and/or training development is a plus. 
/ Open-minded, self-driven and innovative team player with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a great interest in international talent development. Experience in collaborating within an international and Group wide environment 
/ Proficiency in international/cross-functional project management, moderation of workshops (face to face and online), organization (planning, problem solving, implementation), conceptualization of new ideas and using digital tools (Office 365, Teams, etc.)
/ Resilient and able to drive projects by motivating and steering relevant stakeholders.
/ Existing network within the TRATON GROUP brands and Volkswagen Group as well as experience in working in a matrix structure and cross-brand environment is a plus.
/ Open to international business trips to the locations of TRATON GROUP
/ Excellent English skills (spoken and written), German, Swedish and/or Portuguese is a plus but not a must.
/ ideally IT knowledge with SAP Success Factors
