JOB DESCRIPTION
Working with focus on International Subsidiaries Controlling & Consolidation within MAN Financial Services, your responsibilities cover the following tasks.
/ Corporate management: planning and reporting of global businesses
/ Responsible for the creation of planning rounds (5-10 years), budget, and forecast planning
/ Joint business development for future growth plans together with the regional directors (e.g. Business Cases)
/ Further development of controlling in the course of business development
/ Controlling responsibility for timely regular reporting as well as ad-hoc reports to all specialist departments (monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements)
/ Responsible contact person for data delivery / reporting to internal audit, external auditors, etc.
/ Power user in relevant reporting systems and business intelligence applications
/ Data delivery to meet regulatory requirements for MAN Financial Services
/ Valued contact person for controlling issues at MAN Financial Services for Traton Financial Services AB in Sweden
YOUR SKILLS
/ Completed university degree (Master, Diploma) with a focus on business administration, economics (especially finance & controlling)
/ >5 years of professional experience in finance & controlling – preferably at an OEM, a leasing / financial services company or a bank; Knowledge of the commercial vehicle sector preferred
/ Very good understanding of balance sheet, P&L, cash flow
/ Very good SAP R/3 FI/CO knowledge and willingness to familiarize yourself with other IT systems (e.g. HFM, Power BI, iCons, Vokus)
/ Strong analytical skills and sense of responsibility
/ High level of self-motivation, resilience, and willingness to work independently.
/ Your German and English language is on a very good level, both written and spoken
