The TRATON Compliance department is now searching for a "Specialist Compliance (m/f/d)"  with professional subject matter expertise in policy management and prevention of white-collar crime, including corruption, money laundering, embezzlement and antitrust.

Within this scope, the following activities and responsibilities are included:

/ Proactively contribute to the implementation and improvement of the TRATON Group Compliance & Integrity program
/ Evaluate legal requirements and coordinate the implementation of risk mitigating measures  
/ Create and update Compliance policies and supporting guidelines
/ Engage in the conduct and enhancement of TRATON’s Policy Management
/ Provide advice to the TRATON Group and its employees on Compliance topics
/ Collaborate with the TRATON Group-wide Compliance team and contribute to established due diligence processes
/ Lead Compliance projects and be part of cross-functional initiatives to support TRATON’s strategy and responsible business development


/ University degree in law, business economics or equivalent qualification 
/  Sound understanding of legal matters and international Compliance standards, especially in the area of anti-corruption and prevention of money laundering
/ Profound professional experience (min. of at least 6 years) of  working with  Governance & Compliance  in an international company, consultancy or law firm
/ Ability to self-dependently building up knowledge and finding solutions for complex sensitive matters
/ High personal integrity
/ Team-oriented and cooperative working style in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment
/ German and English business fluent
