JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support the development and execution of TRATON’s overall financing strategy, including conventional senior bond issuances across international debt capital markets.
- Manage TRATON’s dialogue with bond investors and support investor engagement across relevant debt capital market topics.
- Manage and further develop TRATON’s Green Finance Framework and related green debt capital market offerings & reportings.
- Further drive diversification of TRATON’s funding sources, instruments, investor base, and markets.
- Manage TRATON’s overall relationship with external credit rating agencies, ensuring strong and transparent communication.
- Lead ongoing commercial and analytical rating dialogue, including annual rating management meetings, regular Q&A sessions, performance updates, liquidity reporting, and handling ad-hoc requests.
- Prepare high-quality analyses, decision papers, and presentations for executive committees and senior management.
YOUR SKILLS
- Degree in Finance, Treasury, or a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Economics)
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience gained in investment banking, an advisory firm, a rating agency, or the treasury function of a large corporate.
- Strong expertise in debt capital markets, financing instruments, rating methodologies, and capital structure analysis, complemented by sound knowledge of green financing frameworks and sustainable debt products.
- Proven ability to prepare clear, concise, and high-quality presentations and decision papers for executive committees and senior management.
- Analytical, self-driven team player with a flexible mindset and experience in project work within dynamic environments.
- Fluent in German and English.
