Become a part of our HR Operations team by joining us as of 1st of January, 2025. Together as a team of 7, we as HR Business Partners and Specialists drive all operational HR processes and are the first point of contact for employees and leaders in all HR matters.
JOB DESCRIPTION
/ You support employees and leaders throughout their entire employment and coordinate administrative, personnel, and labor law matters
/ You check personnel measures taking care of legal, tariff, and company specifics and prepare the corresponding documents
/ You will administer the HR IT entries and manage the personnel files
/ You take part in the further development, digitalization, and optimization of HR processes
YOUR SKILLS
/ You successfully completed a commercial training, ideally focussing on HR (Personalfach-kauffrau/-mann, IHK)
/ You already gained around 10 years of experience in a generalist HR admin role
/ You have very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP HR, and ideally worked with SAP Success Factors
/ Your German and English language is on a very good level, both written and spoken
/ You are a team player and value service-oriented cooperation with managers and employees
/ Reliability, discretion, and a high degree of social competence round off your profile
