JOB DESCRIPTION
Become part of a dynamic team and support the Supervisory Board of TRATON SE as a specialist.
/ You will prepare and follow up on the meetings of the Supervisory Board in English and German with a high degree of personal responsibility and an eye for detail.
/ This includes, in particular:
o Preparation of meeting documents (including agenda, invitation, presentation)
o Follow-up of meetings (e.g., documentation and follow-up of work orders, reports, the minutes of the meetings)
/ You will be involved in the preparation of the annual and remuneration report and, among other things, be responsible for the report of the Supervisory Board and coordinate it with your business partners.
/ You will work closely with your colleagues in the Legal department on all legal issues and implement them for the following meetings.
/ You will be responsible for processing the remuneration of the Supervisory Board, preparing the payment of attendance fees and reimbursement of expenses and taking over the necessary coordination with Tax, Accounting, HR, and external consultants.
/ You will maintain the electronic data room for the Supervisory Board and the internal SharePoint site with all Supervisory Board documents.
YOUR SKILLS
/ University degree, ideally in economics, finance, or organizational sciences
/ Prior experience in a group of companies, a consulting firm, and/or a PMO; experience in providing support to governing bodies would be an advantage
/ Extensive experience with common MS Office products
/ Fluent in German and English / Able to grasp complex issues and present them simply and compactly
/ A practical, problem-solving-oriented, and structured way of working/Strong and flexible team player with efficient project organization skills
/ Confident and reliable demeanor, good communication skills
/ High resilience with the ability to clearly prioritize and work precisely, even under time pressure
