JOB DESCRIPTION
/ General administrative support and daily operational guidance
/ Arranging travel itineraries and preparation of travel expense reports
/ Visitor arrangements and support of planning internal workshops / conferences
/ Contributing to the preparation of presentation documents
/ Compiling and preparing the departmental budget, reconciling the budget management spreadsheet, contributing to quarterly forecasts
/ Updating Corporate Security sharepoint content and email distribution lists
/ Administrative support (user / role management) of Corporate Security IT tools, such as, Incident Management System, Access Management System
YOUR SKILLS
/ Completed apprenticeship as clerk for office management or comparable commercial apprenticeship
/ Relevant experience as assistant in an international industrial company
/ Experienced in working with MS Office applications
/ Very good communication skills in German and English
/ teamwork mindset
/ intercultural competence, loyalty and discretion
