ABOUT THE JOB
Do you want to be part of something bigger? Join our strong HR Compensation & Benefits team as of the next possible date (16 – 20 hours per week). Among other things, the team is responsible for the topics remuneration, performance management and international HR projects of the TRATON Group.
JOB DESCRIPTION
/ You will be involved in the project management of international HR projects, such as remuneration and bonus projects for management
/ You will support HR processes with management relevance and support the preparation of communication material
/ You will create data analyses, presentations, and decision-making documents
/ You will support the implementation of various modules in SAP SuccessFactors and get to know the system landscape
/ You will be involved in the operational planning and implementation of processes as well as in the development of new strategic processes
YOUR PROFILE
/ You are in an advanced stage of your studies of business administration, social science, law, business informatics or human resource management
/ You have ideally already gained experience in HR or project management
/ You are familiar with MS Office (especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
/ You are highly motivated, have good communication skills, are a team player and work independently and precise
/ You speak fluently German and English
