JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and operate TRATON GROUP’s whistleblower system
- Conduct and oversee internal investigations across all regions
- Coordinate investigation units of our international brands
- Provide legal assessments of case findings and recommend remediation measures
- Represent the organization in interactions with external partners, regulators, and law enforcement authorities
- Advise global stakeholders on investigation processes and risk exposure
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve our global whistleblowing and investigation frameworks
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in law or a comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in conducting investigations, ideally within an international corporate environment or a leading law firm
- Strong risk awareness combined with solution‑oriented thinking
- Excellent communication skills, intercultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset
- Proactive and independent working style, including a willingness to travel
- Trustworthy and diplomatic demeanor with a high level of integrity
- Very good command of German and English; additional languages (e.g., Portuguese or Swedish) are an asset
